Portland Shenanigans

Four months of city livin and lovin down!

My experience of Portland: Living on your own (mostly), is hard! I’ve been realizing more and more the generosity of people around me. Like when my dad helped pay for my alternator when it went out in the Starship Enterprise (for those of you that don’t know, that’s my car…a rockin’ ford mercury cougar. Grandma style! It has the red velvet seats and all). And when my mom treats me to some Cultured Caveman (the paleo food cart that I frequent).

I have started work at an organic café called Prasad. Lots of learning to do! But it should be good. As many of you know, I follow a very strict food diet because of MTHFR (haha, you know what I think that should stand for...?) genetic thingamajig, which makes my body hate food and me, so it's great to be able to get free food that meet my specialty needs. I can’t wait to photograph there!

I haven’t had any “photo shoots” this last month, but I have taken lots of miscellaneous pictures! Mostly of visitors, new friends, hikes/parks, street art, and garbage. I am fascinated by garbage for some reason.

P.S. I have 3 photo shoots coming up! So be prepared. Oh! And you can now subscribe to my bloggo, right at the bottom of this page! :)
